My landscape commissions are created to capture those moments in paint, transforming them into artworks that hold memory and meaning.
Overview of the Process
Every commission is a collaborative process and each one is unique. We’ll begin with a conversation about the place that matters to you, look at photos, stories, or even a visit if possible.
We’ll discuss the size, mood, and details that matter most to you.
From there, I’ll provide a clear quote and outline of the process. A 50% deposit secures your commission, with the balance due on completion.
During the creation precess I will regularly share sketches or studies, keeping you involved as your painting develops. This process ensures that the final artwork truly reflects your vision—a unique painting that becomes part of your story and an heirloom to be treasured for years to come.
Timeline
A commission typically takes 2–4 months, from our first conversation to the moment your painting is installed, allowing me to capture every detail and bring your vision to life.
Delivery & Installation
Whenever possible, I personally deliver and might even install commissioned paintings. This ensures your artwork is presented at its best and adds a personal touch to the experience. When in-person delivery isn’t possible, I arrange shipping using the most secure packaging to ensure your painting arrives safely and in perfect condition.
